What an insightful thought
that the endless blue
up above you
is the same across the loom of land and sea
the twinkling of stars
in hues of yellow
soft and mellow
Are as far away from you as they are from me
although our hug casts a shadow of a thousand miles
overstretching across the plains
I look above and feel a sense of comfort
cause the sky above you is just the same
